It's that time of year again! The invitations for the 2008 Lancaster Catholic Tournament of Bands are on the way to your mailbox. This year's show will once again be one of the best and brightest in the entire mid-atlantic area with top bands, great food, and excellent amenities. "Requiem" finished the season at Delaware State University in 2nd place with a score of 97.6 taking home high percussion and tieing for high music. Spring Ford scored just 3 tenths higher to win the Group 4 with a 97.9. This is Lancaster Catholic's 4th straight year finishing in the top 2, 9th consecutive top 5 finish; Catholic has never finished in less than 9th place at Atlantic Coast Championships.

LC Wins 8th Chapter Championship |
"Requiem" traveled to Carlisle HS for the Group 2/ Group 4 Chapter Championships on Saturday night. It was met with applause from the audience and the judges as it won the show with 94.35 and swept all caption awards (high music, high visual, high percussion, and high auxiliary). This the eighth Chapter Championship in 11 years of TOB compeition for Lancaster Catholic. The 2007 season will culminate next Sunday in Dover, De with the Group 4 Atlantic Coast Championships on the campus of Delaware State Univ. Catholic is seeded 2nd in Group 4 but drew the last performance time (9:50pm).
